Purchases and Payments
GraduationPage is offered on a one-time purchase basis. Payment of the applicable fee grants You the right to create and publish a Page in accordance with these Terms.
There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic renewals unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize the Company to charge the provided payment method.
Page Lifecycle and Availability
Pages are editable for a limited period of time as determined by the Company.
After that period, a Page may be archived and become read-only. Archived Pages may remain publicly accessible, but editing, updates, or feature access may be restricted or disabled.
The Company reserves the right to modify Page availability, features, or access over time.
Refunds
Purchases are generally non-refundable once a Page has been published.
A Page is considered "published" once it is made publicly accessible via a unique URL.
Refund requests submitted prior to publication may be considered at the Company's sole discretion. Refunds will be issued only when required by law or explicitly approved by the Company.
User Accounts
When You create an Account, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding Your account credentials and for all activity conducted under Your Account.
You agree not to share Your account access with others and to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Communications

Page owners are responsible for moderating Guest content associated with their Pages. The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict any Guest content at its discretion.
Content
Your Right to Post Content
You are responsible for the Content You submit to the Service and for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
By submitting Content, You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You retain ownership of Your Content.
Content Restrictions
You may not submit Content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, misleading, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

The Company respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA notices.

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original features, functionality, and branding (excluding user-submitted Content) are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
GraduationPage trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.
Feedback
By submitting Feedback, You assign all rights in such Feedback to the Company. If such assignment is not enforceable, You grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the Feedback without restriction.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the applicable Page or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.
